Job Description
This role is based on the first contact between the company and the client, at the Customer Success Department you will be dealing with orders, customer satisfaction, track and trace activities, and supply chain responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Direct contact with customers;
- Be responsible for a good connection between the company and the customer;
- Handle with communication ways to contact the customer;
- Develop processes to solve customer’s problems;
- Follow up on the information provided by the customer.

Requirements
- The German language is mandatory;
- Experience with Customer Service Experience;
- Great communication skills;
- Result-driven;
- SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
