The role of this person will be to define formulations and to prepare the meat alternatives with the new anti-microbial technology and to evaluate the results in a multi-functional team.

- Competencies: independent, flexible
- Experience/qualifications: BSc or MSc in any food science or relevant bioscience
– Independence in defining and making meat alternatives
- Capability to organize lab logistics (Ingredients, samples, shipments)
- Sense of hygiene / spoilage risk / microbial contamination
- Enthusiasm to shift the boundaries in vegan foods
