Field Sales Manager Nederland (Medical Devices)
Our client is an international Medical Devices organisation.
Within this role, you will have general responsibility for sales revenues within the Netherlands. You will create and execute the strategic sales commercial plan, including SWOT analyses. Next to managing direct reports, you will also visit clients yourself. It is expected that you spend a significant amount of your time in the field, either doing co-visits to improve and train the current sales team or to maintain revenue with current key accounts.
- Analyse the market landscape in The Netherlands to scout for opportunities and threats
- Manage and develop your teammembers
- Develop and execute the sales strategy
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- At least 2 years management experience
- Experience within Medical Devices/Healthcare/Pharma
- Proven track record in people management
- Able to work in a fast-paced organisation
