Role description

Your main tasks as a fermentation food specialist are the implementation, execution, and interpretation of fermentation experiments. You will perform the laboratory experiments autonomously. You will be assigned defined responsibilities as part of a larger team responsible for delivering project results.

Responsibilities

-Optimize fermentations projects and present analysis.

-Report deviation, interpreting data and documentation

-Establish deadlines and goals

-Understand the nature and impact of various factors on the yield and productivity of fermentations.

Requirements

- MLO or HLO degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Food Process, Biotechnology, or relevant field.

- FMCG knowledge

- Experience in similar positions in a production environment

- Pro-active mindset and hands-on

- Excellence communications skills in English (oral & written)
