As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Directors and VP. You will be part of an international environment as well as you need to have a passion and a deep understanding of your job if you want to provide the best support possible in this highly demanding and dynamic environment.
-Calendar management (manage multiple complex calendars)
-Travel management (book & support in travel of directors)
-Meetings and events coordination (Book rooms/locations etc.)
- Including LT preparation & organization
-Correspondence (draft emails, pre-read messages etc.)
-Office management (e.g. birthday calendar, digital filing)
-Individual support (support housing, administration, expenses, holidays)
-Relevant experience as assistant/secretary
-Good communications skills and good command of the English language (oral & written)
-Strong at MS office
-Pro-active mindset and hands-on
