Job Description
This is a part time position, 24 or 32 hours. The Corporate Affairs (CA) dept is site responsible for communications activities that benefit all employees working at the office Breda site. The associate Corporate Affairs will work on a couple of assignments for the CA dept. (Sustainability, Company News, Yammer, Vitality) and next to that be the right hand of the CA Sr.Manager

- Manufacturing Excellence project: initiate and set up a new photography database for the site and staff.
- NL Website: develop new content, rethink set-up current website
- Be first point of contact for CA questions/requests via the Communications mailbox
- Develop/make the slides for our internal broadcast system (Digital Signage)
- 25th Year anniversary event: part of the Event team organizing the 25th year anniversary in October 2022
- CA ‘controls’ all communications instruments such as making movies, pictures.

- Investigate possible volunteer opportunities

- Degree in Communication, Event management
- Business level of Dutch language.
- Able to express ideas and opinions in a concise way.

- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Good planner and organizer
