About the role
The Distributor Markets PMO will be part of the overall Go to Market workstream and will be responsible to work with the local markets

- Own project plan - Work with consultant agencies to build and track project plan
- Manage all local market transition plans off Transitional Service agreements (TSAs)
- Execute all change requests and follow change request process. Able to present and articulate changes to senior prgm change board
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships at local level (GM) and Global level (Management Unit Lead)
- Schedule all calls required by distributor market lead SME and provide minutes for each meeting
- Create and update all RAID logs at local level and input in to weekly progress meetings with GtM workstream lead
- Manage all project tasks for up to 15 market transitions at any one time

- Mid/Senior level with a strong history of running projects and PMO tasks (3-5 yrs)
- Working with 3rd party large consultancies (EY/ PwC/BAIN) 
- Change management skills and proven record of leading business transformational agenda 
- This is a very dynamic and fast paced project and requires high adaptability  
- Excellent skills using MS Project / PowerPoint / Excel.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for Senior Leadership Teams
- Previous experience as part of fast paced sales team is required.
- Experience working for other FMCG companies required
