Our client is a multinational FMCG company with almost 100 years of experience. Their products are in wide variety: from beauty & wellbeing to ice cream, you can find everything at them. They are present on all 5 continents, and they never continue to grow and improve.

Role description
As a Data Quality Coordinator you will interact with other departments and translate their needs to create better quality of data, processes, and On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery of data products. You will ensure of the quality of the Product Life Cycle data, the Track and Trace of the full process, in OTIF deliveries to customers.

You will work closely together with the PLC coordinators, but what makes your job different from theirs is the overall responsibility of data quality. You will  coordinate and analyze data, notice patterns and opportunities for improvements and automations, and overall manage the life cycle of product data, while making sure that the company is compliant to standards on data quality (GS1).


Responsibilities
Make sure that the business requirements are translated to PLC processes by working closely with PLC coordinators, data/tool owners.
- Manage the Track and Trace reporting analyses of PLC data (OTIF – on time and in full delivery).
- Analyze data to ensure OTIF delivery of internal and external PLC data.
- Support and initiate the automation of data, processes, and applications, and build rules to generate automatic data checks.
- Ensure of data compliance with GS1 standards and implement new data releases.


Requirements
HBO or university degree on a relevant field.
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English skills.
- Proper Excel skills, and knowledge or ability to learn technical skills like Power BI, and various front ends of applications (SAP, GS1).
- Passion for data, and analytical, critical, proactive mindset.
- GS1 data source or Retail-masterdata experience/knowledge, and knowledge of end-to-end Product Life Cycle Process is a big plus!
