Role description

As a Customer Support Supply Chain employee, you are the first point of contact with the internal customers of the company. You will be working in a dynamic and international context, working with internal and external stakeholders.  


  • Coordinate the communication between the CBU and the internal departments
  • Monitor and follow up on KPI performance
  • Order management of deliveries and purchases
  • Inventory planning
  • Complaint handling
  • Report and document the measures taken


  • At least an HBO degree in logistics, supply chain or similar
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain jobs
  • Experience using ERP/ MRP systems
  • Experience with SAP
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Fluency in English
