Customer Support Front Office

You will be working for one of the leading biotechnology companies in the world. They are a value-based company focusing on science and innovation to transform new ideas to treat different illnesses and improve lives.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, affiliates and healthcare professionals. You will also update customer data and resolve complaints.  Also would be responsible for providing department support whenever requested. You are also responsible to develop and maintain good relationships with external/internal customers.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for inbound and outbound handling of contacts such as emailing, calling, fax with customers, affiliates and Local service providers(LSPs).
- Handle and resolve service and transport issues including track and trace
- Solving issues on daily basis regarding to service and transport. 

Requirements 

- MBO 4 or Higher
- 1-2 years of experience
- Fluency / native English (mandatory) and any other European language(optional)
