Title: Customer Support Coordinator 

The company:

Our client is a big company operating in the food industry specialized in nutritious products. The mission of the company is to maintain the well-being of the population by making healthy products for all generations.

The role:

In this position you will be responsible for the communication of the customers and the questions they have in the Supply Chain department. You will be in close communication with both internal and external departments. You will have to know how to handle the order management processes while caring for high customer satisfaction without compromising on effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationship with customer
  • Responsible for the coordination between internal departments and external parties
  • Investigate issues related to deliveries
  • Apply order management skills
  • Take charge in complaint handling
  • Screen stocks level of finished products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Logistics or related
  • Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain experience
  • Experience in ERP/MRP, Excellent SAP, Good Excel skills
  • Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
