About the role
As Customer Service Manager you will work on optimizing customer satisfaction with a satisfaction level of 99% being your target and 100% being your goal.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate contact centre operations, ensuring we deliver outstanding results
- Build the supply chain relationship with customers, and ensure every transaction goes smoothly – on-time and in-full
- Tracking 3PL performance
- Guiding and leading teams of 5+ FTE
- Most importantly, if you spot an opportunity to improve things, you’ll take it.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Understand fast-paced, complex supply chains
- Are analytical, technically proficient, a problem solver, and an excellent communicator
- Strong coaching skills
- Fluent in English
