You will be working in a multinational French pharmaceutical company, you are probably familiar with some of their products and you will be working with some of them too.
You are a first point of contact for B2B customers related to orders and deliveries. You work with invoices, handle claims and returns, deal with other documentation and suggest process improvements.
- - Receive and process sales orders, including invoicing in SAP
- - Contact with customers regarding orders, contracts and commercial conditions
- - Handling claims and returns, debit/credit notes
- - Collaboration with logistics providers - monitoring deliveries
- - Contributing to continuous improvement
- - at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service related position
- - experience with SAP
- - fluent in Dutch and English
- - able to work independently
