You will be the only point of contact for our internal Danone customers for all supply chain related matters. Your goal is to deliver perfect execution in the order management process, maximize Customer service level and collaboration, proactively leading productivity activities. You will work in a very international environment with internal and external stakeholders and product variety.

- Proactively assess risks and opportunities for the strategies and long and short term goals
- Monitor and follow up on performance KPI’s (Customer Service Level), analyze root causes for late deliveries and initiate related improvements
- Work closely with Shipping team to ensure accurate transport/load planning is created based on orders, production QC release
- Monitor QC Release status in the systems and follow up with actions towards stakeholders

- At least 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or order management related positions
- Bsc or Msc degree in logistics or similar
- Experience with ERP/MRP system
- Good Excel skills
- Fluent English is a must, god communication skills in Dutch is a plus
