The role

As a Consumer Facing Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring the whole process of customer experience starting with the receiving the order and ending with the final delivery of the product. As well as being a point of contact for consumers regarding the logistical and operational questions.


-Analyze the consumer operational data and identify the points of improvements.
-Designing the optimization of the effectiveness of the customer experience and monitoring the improvement process .
-Providing the help for customers with orders related questions, such as returns, complains, as well as, reporting the KPIs.
-Monitor and maintain consumer relations on an operational level, also report the issues to other departments to eliminate the issues.


-2+ years of experience of the equivalent job.
-At least Bachelor’s degree.
-Experience with supply chain or logistics.
-Working experience with FMCG industry.
-Both excellent written and oral level of Dutch and English, French is a plus.
