Our client is a British-Dutch multinational consumer goods company and also global leader in Foods and Refreshments, Home Care, and Beauty & Personal Care.

About the role:
You will play multifunctional role between the customer and the  organization's internal division such as customer service, logistics, sales, demand planning, marketing and finance.

- You will analyze customer operation data and identifies potential improvement areas.
-You will develop in-depth knowledge about recent market trends logistics and diverse supply chain management and mechanism.
- Initiate, execute plans and lead to improve organization’s operation logistics internal projects.
- Point of contact for your customer regarding logistics or customer service related issues and also coordinating with internal departments.
- Follow up on, identified by the Order Management department and provide input to Master Data team for the purpose of maintaining the customer service catalogue.
- Maintain customer relationships management.

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with ERP system, SAP and BW is a plus.
- Experience within logistics or supply chain.
- Experience within the FMCG industry.
- Good command of Dutch and English (NL) / Dutch, English, French (BE).
- Good analytical skills (data, process).
