The company
Our client is a multinational FMCG company with almost 100 years of experience. Their products are in wide variety: from beauty & wellbeing to ice cream, you can find everything at them. They are present on all 5 continents, and they never continue to grow and improve.

Role description
As a Customer Contract and Pricing Assistant you will work in the Contract & Pricing team, and focus on resolving price claims and making sure that after each case, the lesson is learned and the company can avoid the same thing happening in the future. You will also support taking care of the incoming invoices from the customers. You will be in close contact with the Customer Contract & Pricing Specialist¸ and the team in Poland who receives the price claims and does first checks on them.

Review price claims received through the team in Poland, check details in the client contracts, and get back to the team to suggest them to close or reject the claim.
- Keep track of the progress of the claims, and also of the most common issues related to
them and suggest improvement steps.  
Support taking care of customer invoices: prepare their booking, link them with provisions in SAP (Rebates), and book them.
Propose ideas to improve processes and analytics.

Previous work experience in a similar position.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong SAP and Excel skills (vlookup; match; if;…).
Fluent written and spoken Dutch skills, working knowledge of English.
