Job Description:

In this position you will be the first point of contact for our customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but also for the sales office. You will be responsible for the credit/debit/return orders, deal with customer’s complaints and Track Trace tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

-Be in contact with the customers via phone/email/fax
-Process and resolve customer’s complaints by also implementing a solution to decrease them
-Follow up on customer’s complaints
-Solve the problems by using the company’s procedure in order to make sure the customers are satisfied
-Process order returns of all types
-Introduce new customer in our Customer Master Data system
-Be responsible for the administration
-Resolve transportation issues
-Be in contact with external customers such as pharmacist, hospital, distributor, physician
-Easily switch responsibilities from English to German

Requirements:

-MBO 4 or higher
-Eager to learn
-Fluent in English and German language
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Experience with an automated system like MS Office ( SAP and Salesforce are a pro)
-Customer service minded
