Role Description
This vacancy is especially offered for people who speaks fluent Czech/Slovak language. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the internal as well as external customers. Moreover, you will be involved in different tasks to ensure a smooth process in the organization


Responsibilities
- You will be in charge as the first point of contact for various customers, such as; hospital, pharmacist, physician, distributor, wholesaler

- You will be responsible to track the order management of the customers
- Handle the costumers feedback as well as responding to their emails
- Carry out the procedure to return orders along with the follow-ups
- Control the outbound as well as the inbound contacts with internal and external customers
- Organize process improvements to minimize the number of complaints
- Guide the customers with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure of the organization

- Retain a good relationship with internal and external customers


Requirements
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak
- A study in the related area (Economics, Business Admin, etc.) with a minimum level of education in MBO (or higher)
- More than one year of experience in customer support/service
- Experienced in doing administrative tasks
- Good understanding of Salesforce and SAP is a plus

- Capability to work with MS-Office
