Client Service Specialist

As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with the clients regarding the shipments and purchases, besides you will be in charge of analyzing the client service of the company and the ways how it can be improved.
Responsibilities-Accept and proceed with sales orders to ensure that the process of orders’ placement is well-aligned with the companies standards.
-Be the first contact of the client and update customers regularly on status of their shipment. Predominantly via phone and email.
-Lead the communication regarding the contract terms in case of the emergency of the obstacles with the price politics or absence of the items.
-Process the returns and complains in a polite, efficient way.
-Conduct the communication with the other departments within the company regarding the status or the customer's feedback on the quality of the service.
-Work closely with the logistics department to ensure the stability of deliveries and increase the speed of the problem-solving process.
Requirements-Minimum Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience
-Fluent written and speaking Dutch and English languages
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
-Experience with Vistex, ECS and SAP S4 Shift
-Affinity with communication with external stakeholders
