About the company:
One of the biggest FMCG company in the Netherlands, my client has a purpose of bringing innovative methods towards distribution of food supplies. This position is for one of their branches.

About the role:

As a Content Specialist you will Lead and activate the campaigning process with a focus on email and loyalty within the local organization, reaching and engaging chefs, and driving conversion to sale - resulting in valuable long-term buying relationships.

Responsibilities:

Co-creation of the always-on campaigning plan 
  • Works with and advises Operator marketers on the creative briefing of their major campaigns to ensure they are created for digital
  • Translating campaign concepts and ideas into an integrated journey / flow, choosing the right touchpoints that fit the target audience and use the right call to actions to drive conversion
  • Design & build process of non-automated campaigns (e.g. newsletters)
  • Design & build process of automated and trigger based campaigns
  • Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize accordingly
  • Monitor campaign experience and operator journey
  • Drive digital change within the organization from a campaign perspective
  • Own the ‘emailing-expertise’ as the local expert (Marketo and integrations)
  • Working together with data scientists to prepare data driven and personalized campaigns
  • Member of the Operator Life Cycle Team (cross OCT) to define and build Loyalty flows
  • Own & manage the loyalty program ‘Cook & Save’ with third partner for fulfilment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing-, communication- or commercial direction
  • 2-4 years of working experience in similar function
  • Strong experience in online marketing in B2C or B2B area
  • Experience in creating campaigns in campaign management tool(s)
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting campaign results
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Fluent Dutch & English, verbal & written

  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager/Adobe Target
