Job description


The role is responsible for leading the development and the implementation of the mutual value propositions for the Super Premium Health Brands. The candidate will be required to build brands in the D2C context, can generate D2C propositions through analysis and concentration and can project lead them through to implementation.




  • Be able to develop the core DTC value brand propositions (clubs, services, content) that are in keeping with the brand positioning leveraging consumer insight and competitor understanding
  • Proactively collaborate with the DTC and CoE (centre of excellence) internal teams as well as external
  • Marketing lead to support the DTC activity managers and cross functional team



  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Marketing
  • Fluent English
  • Digital marketing brand management expertise
  • Consumer brand marketing knowledge
  • Degree related Marketing/communication
