Our client is one of the leaders in the FMCG industry. They are working on constant development to act on their mission to spread health to as many people as possible through their food products.

Role description
Within this role you will be responsible for managing projects of publication processes, from the moment of forecasting, through reviewing until reporting. You will be a part of the Communication team who is crucial in presenting the research conducted to the audience both inside and outside.

  • Managing ongoing publication systems and processes
  • Maintaining the processes and ensure that they’re accessible for everyone
  • Improve training materials
  • Coordinate the process
  • Collaborate with different teams and external stakeholders on new ways of working
  • Forecast and report on publishing operations
  • Support meetings – prepare and present

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Outstanding skills in project and stakeholder management
  • Good analytical skills and knowledgeable about measuring performance
  • Attentive to details and pragmatic, natural problem solver
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Customer oriented
