Role description
Within this role, you will be responsible for leading change management activities related to finance projects, such as communication, training, engagement and stakeholder management.

Please note that this is a temporary, hybrid role.

Manage the communication plan: map the audiences with a need for communication, define strategies, and support the implementation of communication actions.
Map training needs for internal and external audiences, in alignment with the project plans.
Detail the criteria for the retention plan and map key people and key positions, define actions.
Define and implement a stakeholder management process; define the points of contact for each critical stakeholder and ensure the necessary actions are taking place.

7+ years of experience with change management and project management
Excellent English communication skills.
Splendid stakeholder management skills, combined with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
- Finance
 experience is a plus!
