Change Manager 

My client is the world leader in Fresh Dairy, Plant-Based products and Early Life Nutrition. Their products are available in over half of the countries on the globe and they continue growing and striving to provide consumers with the most nutritional products. They actively contribute to influencing people into making healthier and better choices for themselves and for the planet. 

In this role you will work together with a Global Manager to craft the project and implement it, starting from scratch. You will lead all related activities of change management, such as communication, training, engagement and stakeholder management. You will be working on the following plans:

Communication plan: Map the audiences that have a need for communication (internal and external); Define the communication strategy (assumptions) and the detailed plan for each audience; Support the implementation of communication actions, capturing risks, issues and stakeholder management points

Training plan: Map training needs for each audience; Build a training plan aligned with the project plan and define those responsible for each action; Ensure the execution of the training plan within the governance.

Key People & Key Positions Retention Plan: Detail the criteria for the retention plan and map key people and key positions; Define action plans with HR; Carry out the management of the Retention Plan.

Stakeholder Management: Define and implement a stakeholder management process for the leadership and key stakeholders involved in the process, monitoring and ensuring "buy-in“; Define the points of contact for each critical stakeholder and ensure the necessary actions are taking place.
