Business System Analyst

The Role
 As a Business System Analyst you will be responsible for  Understand processes and methodology of COGS controlling & material variance analysis (MVA) in Danone;
- Understand the C&P systems and data landscape and flow for material volumes, prices, standards, and projects;
- Setup new reporting environments in the system for the rolling forecasts, update and maintain necessary datasets;

Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity of Power BI data solution through thorough understanding of logic and fundamental principles of the data model;
- Assist with data transformation and preparation to be consumed by Power BI;
- Assist with testing of the new versions of Power BI models ensuring that the requirements are met whilst there is no regression in the existing reports;
- Provide Level 1 support to the stakeholders, mostly business controllers and buyers, regarding the structure and flow of the information, available reports, system status, etc.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date the process description documentation;
- Actively learn and improve own capabilities in Power BI and data management for Finance;
- Actively look out for the opportunities to automate/ semi-automate/ self-validate data flows and transformations;
- Participate in other ad hoc activities related to processes and tools.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you have a Master in Finance plus a good understanding/ experience with data management and analytics. Knowledge of Finance/BI tools (primarily Power BI and SAP).
