Role Description
As Business Developer Molecular Biology, you are responsible for commercial activities in The Netherlands and/or Flanders. You will actively hunt for new business opportunties, next to maintaining and expanding revenue at current clients. You will represent the current company product portfolio in combination with some products from third-parties.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue in your region
- Scout for new business potential and actively engage with the target audience.
- Visit (virtual) trade shows
- Prepare offers and quotations and guide the sales process through the DMU.
- Follow up on issues and complaints. Look for creative solutions to ensure high client satisfaction
- B. Sc. in Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology or similar
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- 2+ years experience in a commercial position within Life Sciences
- Excellent communicative skills
- Experience in working in a regulated environment is a plus
