Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our clients affairs team as an Associate Director, Internal Communications.
You will be responsible for creating the employee engagement section of their overall integrated communications plan and managing the EU and HQ Europe sections of their intranet.

Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of the corporate affairs team to connect the organization's operational approach and key global themes to employees, helping them understand the role they play in the company.

- Provide engagement support in partnership with HR and other colleagues in Amsterdam (our HQ).
- Partner with global colleagues to roll out internal communication programs, including the Mission & Values

- Create the employee engagement section of the overall integrated communications plan,

- Manage the EU and HQ Europe sections of the intranet, building communities and managing news flow,

- Support event organizing for the region, both locally and virtually

Essential Requirements:

- At least7-10 years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement,

- Excellent verbal and written English skills, additional language is a Plus

- Strong technical ability in both social and internal platforms.

- You should also be an excellent writer and editor, have a strong eye for design and good PowerPoint skills, and be comfortable working at a leadership level and building relationships across all levels, skills, and cultures.

- you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment and be able to handle stress and job pressure.
