Role description
As an Assistant Manager, you will provide support to the Head of Distributor Markets.   

  • Agenda management
  • Meeting organization
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, reports
  • Travel organization
  • Troubleshoot administrative issues

  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an assistant role
  • Good time management skills

Other information
This position has an initial contract of 12 months. Extension will be discussed at the end. The position is for 32 hours per week. 2 days are worked on site, and 2 from home office.
