As an Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting the Sales department and the key account managers. You will be responsible for being the point of contact for stakeholders regarding the launch of new products, and occurred issues. As well as being a part of the marketing campaign implementation.
-Working with the databases to launch new products.
-Constantly updating the price lists to the current rates and working with invoice.
-Being a point of contact for any digital-related questions e.g. updating the data on the website.
-Working with product development e.g. packaging designs, and product launching.
-Fluency in Dutch and English written and spoken.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in administrative roles.
-Analytical mindset to manage datasets.
-Experience working with MS Office and SAP is a plus.
