About the role:

As an administrative coordinator, your focus will be on ensuring a smooth communication and alignment between departments and within the teams. This is translated in performing administrative activities, handling financial administration and actively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners. 


Financial administration
Administrative activities and support in site management
Onboarding new staff members
Sharepoint access management
Stakeholder management (support/enquiries/..)


Relevant work xperience in PA/Administration to senior level
MS Office and Sharepoint
Businees Dutch level 
Stakeholders' management skills
