Role description:
As Administrative Assistant - Pricing Department, you will play a key role in the Contract & Pricing team within the Integrated Operations team. You will focus on resolving existing price claims, manage incoming invoice from our customers, collaborate with Customer Contract & Pricing Specialist and Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- review price claims received from our Poland team to close or reject the price claims
- look for final agreement with the customer (in system or by checking with Sales)
- manage and prepare the booking of customer invoices, linking them in SAP
- tariff checks
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous and high sense of accountability
- IT skills: Excel and SAP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and working knowledge of English
