About the role
As a Admin Assistant, you will be responsible to modifying documents based on a set of rules (eg changing all instances of the word BPCS to ERP). 
In addition, taking simple data in any format and creating a spreadsheet from that information based on what a Project SME has requested, and have this SME monitor the progress

 
Responsibilities

  1. Implementation of SAP, Werum PAS-X and LIMS on site so there is a lot of manual information or information embedded in documents that has to be extracted into a particular format and then uploaded to the new system
  2. Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines in the Administrative Services Function - Leads a team in the performance of a variety of tasks that are often routine
  3.   Solves problems of a recurring nature
  4.   Experience as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor - Able to work autonomously within established procedures and practices 
  5. Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems, build reports and enhance our data analytics capabilities.


Requirements

  1. Undergraduate/BA/BS degree in applicable discipline
  2.  1-3 Yrs of related experience.
