Job Description
We are seeking a Biological QC Transfer Specialist to join the Quality Control Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful transfer and validation of biological testing methods for vaccine and pharmaceutical products. Your work will support product launches, process improvements, and the seamless sharing of testing capabilities across different sites within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Perform, review, and document various biological tests, including ELISA, cell culture, microbiological assays, PCR, and immunofluorescence.
- Ensure accurate entry of test results into data management systems.
- Critically assess and approve testing outcomes, authorizing release of results according to procedures.
- Transfer technical knowledge of testing methods to other MSD sites, supporting training and knowledge sharing.
- Participate actively in Tier meetings and collaborate with team members to solve problems.
- Identify, report, and document deviations or non-conformances in test processes in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Follow all GMP, GMO, and EHS protocols to maintain compliance and safety standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements
- MBO level 4 (or equivalent) qualification in microbiology or related laboratory fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a QC or GMP laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience with biological testing techniques, including ELISA, cell culture, microbiology, PCR, and immunofluorescence.
- Familiarity with data systems such as SAP and electronic QC data management is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, quality-conscious, and flexible mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools (e.g., 8D problem solving, Kaizen) is a plus.
- A responsible team player with a positive attitude and solution-oriented approach.
