Job Description
We are looking for an Incoming Quality Assurance Associate to join the Incoming QA team in Breda. The Incoming Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for sampling, inspecting, reviewing, and releasing incoming materials before they can be used in labelling and packaging operations. This role is hands-on, detail-focused, and requires strong compliance awareness and clear communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Ensure incoming materials meet all procedural and quality requirements prior to release.
- Perform sampling, inspection, review, and release of incoming materials, including printed and non-printed packaging components.
- Collect and document data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Initiate follow-up with internal stakeholders and/or suppliers to resolve issues and support timely release.
- Perform additional sampling and inspections when required.
- Carry out damage inspections of received components when needed.
- Provide quality oversight of the receiving process and support continuous compliance with site procedures.

Requirements
- MBO, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic to solid knowledge of GMP and/or GDP, with the ability to interpret and apply procedures in routine cases.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation/writing skills.
- Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with digital systems; ERP/SAP experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
