Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join the supply chain team. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and managing short-term production plans to ensure optimal finished goods availability across multiple markets within a 0 to 12-week horizon. Your focus will be on balancing demand and supply, resolving exceptions, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate production schedules and communicate them promptly to factory schedulers.
-Manage short-term finished goods availability for your assigned portfolio across various markets.
-Handle all supply and demand imbalances within the 0-12 week timeframe, escalating issues as needed.
-Analyze material and capacity exceptions, collaborating with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
-Conduct scenario planning to resolve demand-supply mismatches by considering constraints such as demand forecasts, inventory levels, expiry dates, and priorities.
-Monitor service levels and inventory status, ensuring replenishment aligns with business needs and targets.
-Address and resolve issues related to shipments, order holds, or overdue items.
-Optimise inventory positioning across warehouses to improve customer service and reduce aged stock or write-offs.
-Support decisions regarding non-performing inventory and participate in seasonal activities and new product launches.
-Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Conduct root cause analysis for supply disruptions and implement preventative measures.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data related to products, production, and supply networks.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workload coverage and personal development.


Requirements:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/University level), ideally with a background in Supply Chain. 
-Minimum of 2 years of relevant supply chain experience. 
-The candidate should be customer-focused, analytically strong, and flexible. 
-Fluency in English is mandatory. Dutch is preferred but not a strict requirement.
