Role Description
As Retail PMO, you will support the successful delivery of multiple cross-functional innovation and transformation initiatives within a global portfolio. You will act as the central coordination point across workstreams, ensuring structure, governance, and alignment across stakeholders in different disciplines and regions. This role requires a hands-on project professional who is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, managing dependencies, and driving clarity, ownership, and execution across multiple parallel initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional project workstreams
  • Own integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Track progress proactively and escalate risks, delays, and issues in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain PMO governance, standards, and reporting cadence
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder forums
  • Ensure actions, decisions, and commitments are clearly documented and followed up
  • Act as central coordination point between internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and proactively across all levels of the organization
  • Support teams by defining priorities, expectations, and next steps
  • Drive execution and ensure delivery of innovation and transformation initiatives

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Program Delivery roles
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and project management tools
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods (CPG), or healthcare is a strong plus
  • Exposure to innovation, digital, or transformation projects is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch not required)
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and execution-driven working style
