Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Senior Process Improvement Engineer to support the introduction of new processes and products while driving improvements across technical and business operations. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys solving complex problems, working across teams, and using structured improvement methods to create lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce and support new processes and products during transfer activities
- Develop and apply knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and change management within the organization
- Lead or support cross-functional investigations related to operational problems and deviations
- Define corrective and preventive actions to address issues effectively
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities
- Initiate and coordinate improvements in technical processes, business processes, systems, and behaviors
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Lead improvement projects, facilitate kaizen activities, and coach relevant stakeholders where needed
- Work independently and provide strong technical guidance with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Background in process engineering or a related technical discipline
- Experience with process improvement and product or process transfer activities
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and change management principles
- Experience working on cross-functional investigations and problem-solving activities
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive them through to implementation
- Comfortable working independently in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
