Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated International Finance Business Partner to join their team. In this full-time role, you will support the management of new brands outside the NAM region, working closely with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to drive value creation through financial analysis and planning.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and management of new brands across international markets.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement digital tools to enhance financial processes.
- Provide insights into financial performance and support the creation of long-term value creation strategies.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses, including profitability, pricing, SKU rationalization, and launch evaluations.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Work onsite in Veghel, with a typical schedule including Mondays and Thursdays on site.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience with digital tools and process improvements.
- Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work across functions in a complex environment.
- Ability to work full-time in Veghel.
