Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Analyst to join the laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing testing on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), intermediates, and raw materials, ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to product development and quality assurance in a cGMP environment.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct testing of APIs, intermediates, and raw materials according to approved protocols.
-Perform reaction monitoring, yield checks, and cleaning validation activities within the production plant.
-Carry out stability studies on APIs to support product development.
-Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods used in testing laboratories.
Maintain laboratory quality systems, including documentation, instrument qualification, calibration, and other operational activities.
-Develop, review, and implement procedures aligned with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
-Support laboratory operations with technical guidance and ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
Requirements
-Background in Analytical Chemistry.
-Laboratory experience in a regulated environment.
-Experience with analytical method development, validation, and transfer.
-Knowledge of cGMP regulations and laboratory quality systems.
