Role Description
This role supports quality operations within a high volume pharmaceutical packaging site serving global markets. The position focuses on ensuring cGMP compliance, reviewing production and packaging documentation, and supporting product release activities. You will work closely with quality, planning, and regulatory teams to maintain consistent quality performance.
Responsibilities
- Review production and packaging documentation to support product release by the Qualified Person
- Monitor and ensure cGMP compliance across production, suppliers, and contract laboratories
- Review and approve SOPs and change controlled quality documents
- Support implementation of updated quality guidelines across operational teams
- Review and approve artwork and component and bulk bills of materials
- Manage regulatory compliance activities including country registrations and quality declarations
- Assess quality standards and contribute to continuous quality improvement
- Represent Quality within production systems and cross functional meetings
Requirements
- MBO level 4 or HBO degree in pharmaceutical, chemical, or process related field
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience for MBO level or minimum 1 year for HBO level including internships
- Solid knowledge of GMP regulations
- Experience with pharmaceutical packaging processes is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and independent working style
- Persuasive and results oriented mindset
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken
