About the role
As a Quality Engineer, you will lead non-conformance investigations and ensure scientific, data-driven root cause analysis to maintain high-quality standards. You will apply engineering and scientific principles to define CAPAs and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and logistics processes. The role involves working with quality systems, GMP standards, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. You will analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement systematic solutions to prevent recurrence of issues.

Responsibilities
- Lead non-conformance (NC) investigations from detection to closure, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Define and manage CAPAs to ensure timely implementation, effective verification, and sustainable quality improvements.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation in the quality management system and ensure proper document control.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, QA, Supply Chain, and stakeholders) to drive investigations and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor quality metrics and support audits by preparing investigation reports, risk assessments, and continuous improvement recommendations.


Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in non-conformance (NC) investigations and CAPA management within a manufacturing, logistics, or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA), and audit-ready documentation practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with GMP standards, supply chain or logistics quality, and experience with systems such as SAP, QMS/CAPA tools, or electronic documentation platforms is preferred.
