Role Description
This role supports the quality assurance function within the consumer packaging environment. The position focuses on daily operational quality tasks, validations, improvement activities, and supporting production to maintain compliance and product integrity. The specialist will work primarily on-site and collaborate closely with production teams to drive quality performance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct validations and verifications related to packaging processes.
- Follow up on actions resulting from quality investigations.
- Monitor, track, and report on project outcomes.
- Execute short-term improvement initiatives within the packaging area.
- Perform regular observation rounds on the production floor.
- Support continuous improvement and production continuity from a QA perspective.
- Communicate findings and actions with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO level or equivalent).
- 5–8 years of proven experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Preferably experience in the food industry or a similar regulated environment.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch and English.
- Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and apply a pragmatic and critical approach.
