Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s team in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
-Serve as the main communication link between the company and customers
-Manage customer inquiries, orders, and requests in a timely manner
-Provide accurate information about products and services
-Resolve customer issues and escalations with a focus on satisfaction
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
-Proven experience in customer service or client coordination
-Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
