Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to join our client’s team as the Production Technician. The role involves safeguarding production processes, investigating deviations, and supporting quality improvements in a GMP-compliant environment.

Responsibilities
- Investigate and document process deviations in production to identify root causes.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses and help develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Propose and implement improvements to production methods, technology, and workflows.
- Decide when to halt or adjust production activities in response to deviations to ensure compliance and product safety.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Requirements
- Experience with GMP environments and pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially in aseptic injectable production.
- Proven experience in investigating production issues, conducting root cause analyses, and managing deviations.
- Bachelor’s degree plus relevant work experience or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
