About the Role
This role focuses on strengthening and maintaining the quality management system within the Quality Control department. You will monitor adherence to standards, perform process confirmations, identify deviations, and initiate improvements. The position requires a hands-on QA professional who can collaborate closely with lab teams and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Improve, maintain, and safeguard the quality management system within QC
- Perform process confirmations to ensure adherence to standards
- Identify deviations and initiate corrective and improvement actions
- Optimize work processes together with lab team leaders and other departments
- Draft and update work instructions, procedures, and standards
- Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Completed MBO-4 or HBO education, preferably in laboratory technology or quality management
- 3–5 years of experience in a quality role within a QA/QC department
- Dutch language proficiency (mandatory)
- Laboratory experience is an advantage
- Experience in food or dairy production is a plus
