Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Global Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting recruiters, hiring managers, HR leadership, and candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will be the backbone of TA operations ensuring interviews are flawlessly coordinated, systems are up to date, and candidates experience a smooth, professional, and engaging journey from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, tactical support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, HR, and TA colleagues
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, video, and in-person), including travel arrangements when required
- Ensure all interviews are confirmed, communicated, and run smoothly
- Track and maintain requisition status and candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Manage recruiting-related documentation and correspondence with candidates and hiring managers
- Deliver responsive, proactive support via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Identify recurring requests and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency
- Support virtual and onsite meetings, interviews, and company events
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support the wider HR function

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in coordination, administration, scheduling, or project support within a professional, team-oriented environment
- 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Experience working with Workday or another ATS
- Exposure to recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition environments
- Experience supporting global or multi-site teams
