About the Role
As a Response Planner- Supply Chain, you play a critical role in balancing short-term demand and supply, ensuring service levels are protected while minimizing excess stock and business waste. The focus is on proactive decision-making in a dynamic, customer-neutral setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive short-term (<6 weeks) demand and supply reconciliation
• Manage service level risks and act quickly to mitigate potential shortages
• Control excess stock and reduce business waste across the category
• Own and monitor service and waste-related KPIs
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience in supply planning, response planning, or short-term planning roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to act under time pressure
• Stakeholder management skills across supply chain and commercial teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving FMCG environment
