Role Description
As a E-Commerce Commercial Lead, you will own the commercial performance of key online marketplace channels across Europe. You will manage end-to-end P&L responsibility, shape portfolio and pricing strategies, and lead strategic customer collaboration. This role requires strong marketplace expertise, commercial leadership, and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage P&L for marketplace-based 1P and 3P business models.
- Define fit-for-channel portfolio, innovation, and pricing strategies.
- Lead demand generation and performance optimization across markets.
- Manage customer relationships, including operational execution and strategic business planning.
- Collaborate closely with brand, digital, media, supply chain, and agency teams.
- Coach and support team members involved in content and portfolio execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital commerce or marketplace environments.
- Strong knowledge of 1P/3P models and online marketplace operations.
- Proven experience in customer management and commercial negotiations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with marketplaces and/or agencies is a strong plus.
