Role Description
As an GMP Compliance Scientist, you will support analytical development and laboratory operations within a highly regulated environment. You will play a key role in maintaining GMP compliance, supporting quality systems, and driving continuous improvement across production and laboratory activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, a quality-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities
- Review, author, and manage controlled documentation and document revisions
- Manage change controls, non-conformance records, and CAPA activities
- Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders across laboratory, quality, and operations teams
- Manage and maintain training curricula for laboratory and development personnel
- Perform internal self-inspections and support audit readiness activities
- Design, implement, and drive improvements related to quality, compliance, and process efficiency
- Support GMP-compliant laboratory and production activities, including sample and material handling
- Contribute to maintaining a controlled state of cleanrooms, utilities, and laboratory systems


Requirements
- MLO level 4 or equivalent laboratory education
- 2–5 years of experience in compliance management or quality-related activities within a GMP environment
- Solid experience working in a quality-driven, regulated laboratory or production setting
- Familiarity with laboratory and quality systems such as electronic documentation, training, and compliance platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams
- Good communication skills in English and Dutch (written and verbal)
